Our tour guide, Placide, was super informative and we made lots of stops and asked tons of questions. We visited a banana plantation, cassava bakery, botanical gardens & waterfall as well the volcano. In all of that, we still had time for a delicious chocolate class.
I’m so happy to recommend Rumie and Placide - we were treated to pure St. Lucian hospitality.

We needed a boat ride from Soufriere to Gros Islet to get to a resort there. We contacted Rumie Tours on Whatsapp and they promptly responded, booked the water taxi and ground taxi for us (4 people and several pieces of luggage). The Water Taxi was exciting and the sights were amazing. Daniel, the boat Captain was a great tour guide and got us safely to our ground Taxi, Lenny, who was funny and very pleasant. Rumie Tours are excellent coordinators for land and water travel.
I would definitely recommend them for your travel needs in St Lucia.

We recently visited the beautiful island of St.Lucia & were more than pleased of the private excursion that Rumelia arranged for us. She couldn't have suggested a better & more informative tour guide than Mitchel Placide!. He was very friendly & easy to talk to & all around a lovely person. Placide went far & beyond to show us more than we expected & explained that it was our day & we could ask him to stop where ever we wanted without any hesitation. Both my husband & I had such a lovely day, very contented with everything & felt very relaxed & not rushed through our tour. He knew everything about the island. We were blessed to spend Jounen Kweyol day with him. He spent their biggest holiday with us showing us what real St.Lucia is all about.
